Your enquiry

Whether you complete our quote form, call us, we prefer to discuss your enquiry either face-to-face or over the phone (more personable this way). If we can’t reach you on the phone number provided, we’ll email to follow up.

home appointment

In order to provide an accurate quote, one of our fully qualified engineers (not a salesman) will visit your home to conduct a survey during our normal operating hours. We will arrive at your home in a company vehicle, branded uniform and always carrying Gas Safe ID cards.

Upfront quote

Our quotes are fixed and provided upfront to ensure you clearly understand the costs involved and what you’re paying for. Only when you’re 100% happy will we begin work. Any additional parts and labour required during the work will be quoted again before proceeding.

Work completed

We’ll schedule you in at a date and time that works for you. Engineers will arrive at your home in a company branded vehicle, uniform and always carrying Gas Safe ID. You can trust that we’re fully qualified and will do a great job. We’re also really considerate when we’re completing work in our customer’s homes, tidying up each day.

Payment upon completion

We’ll only request payment once the work is completed and you’re satisfied with the quality of our work.

Annual reminder

We’ll remind you one month prior to your first annual boiler service (or first gas safety certificate if you’re a landlord) so that you don’t miss it and your boiler remains in warranty, operating at maximum efficiency.
