Eligibility:
- The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and above.
- Employees of Tyne & Wear Heating & Boiler Installation, their families, or anyone else connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must live within a 20-mile radius of 134 Highfield Road, South Shields, NE34 6JL to be eligible for the prize.
Entry Guidelines:
- To enter, participants must submit their response to the competition via the website page (https://tyneandwearheating.co.uk/).
- Entries must be received by 17th February to be eligible for the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Incomplete, multiple, or false entries will be disqualified.
Competition Period:
- The competition will run from 17th February to 26th February.
- Late entries or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
Prize:
- The winner will receive £500 with 1x £250 LOVE2SHOP VOUCHER and £250 Donation to the Winner’s Chosen Charity.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
- The prize must be redeemed within 10 days after the winner has been notified.
- A property survey must be completed before the installation can be arranged, and the winner’s property must meet the technical requirements for installation.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen by random selection and notified via phone call and/or email.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days, a new winner will be selected.
Use of Entries:
- By entering the competition, participants agree to Tyne & Wear Heating & Boiler Installation using their entry (including any written responses) for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.
- Participants agree to allow their name and location (town or city) to be published on Tyne & Wear Heating & Boiler Installation’ platforms if they win the competition.
Data Protection:
- Personal information provided during the competition will be used only for the purposes of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- All data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
General:
- Tyne & Wear Heating & Boiler Installation reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Tyne & Wear Heating & Boiler Installation reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify participants who breach these terms.
- The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
- Entrants accept that any disputes in relation to this competition will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
